The food was delicious ... the service was very nice. ?

The café impresses with its grandiose location in the old monastery and the view of the Moselle. The cream cake defies cream stiffness and compliance with the Corona measures is below average, although there is a route concept and the like. Unfortunately, the service also left a lot to be desired.

Food offer fits, fast and friendly service. The view is awesome.

You have to be very patient in this restaurant. 2 glasses of wine take longer to drink than they are. And it takes so long before you can pay.

After visiting the Metternich castle ruins, we stopped in this beautiful monastery restaurant & café. Very modern, at the entrance even with automatically opening doors. Everything was very clean and stylishly furnished. Nice, fast and friendly service, great views and great prices. The visit was pure relaxation. Unfortunately, it was a little early for lunch. However, inside it smelled delicious!

The monastery restaurant has a beautiful terrace that offers a great view over the roofs of Beilstein and the Moselle valley. The service is extremely friendly and helpful. The homemade pea soup and the prepared Wingertskäs are delicious. The open wine also tastes great. The ascent through the village is definitely worth it.

A highlight when you visit the historic gem of Beilstein. Excellent homemade cakes and tarts. A great kitchen. Today I had a rump steak with onions medium ..... hmmm ...... Really great ??

Many stairs you have to climb to stay in this place. Or you can comfortably walk through the town of Beilstein to the restaurant with less effort. Either way, you will be rewarded with a wonderful view upon arrival. The food in the restaurant is very digestible and the prices are human. The staff always friendly and cheerful. Depending on the rush, everything takes some time, but you should bring understanding.

We have actually been going to the café for a few years now, the view from there is simply gigantic. Unfortunately, I found today that the pieces of cake rose sharply in price and became smaller. But that may just be a subjective view. Will come back next year anyway.

Very nice restaurant with a beautiful view of the Moselle valley and Beilstein. There is currently a seasonal menu with asparagus dishes. Both the asparagus with ham and the asparagus toast were delicious. In addition, super cakes are offered! Also to be emphasized is the incredibly nice service. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back on our next vacation.

Poor service. We need to wait 45 mins for getting a tea and cake :(

First off, the view is spectacular, and it's just a bit surreal to eating on the steps of a centuries-old church. But that's not even the best reason to go. Go for the pfifferlings! Really, the chanterelle mushrooms were excellent; I had them with the pork medallions and my girlfriend had the pfifferlings salad. And all for what I considered to be a reasonable price, at least compared to the other places we checked out in Beilstein. I would highly recommend dinner at sunset.
